Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
Inspect a/c components, Check a/c system pressure, Evacuate system, Perform vacuum leak test, Recharge system to proper specifications (additional charge for freon)
Intoduce ultraviolet dye into the a/c system, Perform a black light inspection to locate any leaks
A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – F150 w/Skid Plate – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
ACCUMULATOR OR RECEIVER DRIER – Remove & Replace – F150 – [Includes: R&I Air Conditioning Condenser.] – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
EVAPORATOR EXPANSION VALVE – Remove & Replace – F150 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]

Inflate all tires to vehicle specifications, Test all sensors for output, Reprogram sensor locations
